POTUS wrapped up his remarks at 1:18pm after each member of the panel spoke for three to five minutes. Pool is holding in press vans outside the venue, waiting to motorcade back to Miami International.
Some highlights from the roundtable, which lasted approx 45 minutes:
The crowd erupted in sustained applause when Trump mentioned his new national security adviser John Bolton, prompting the president to make the following joke:
"John's pretty good, but I didn't expect that. I'm a little jealous. You know, that means the end of his job."
Sen. Rubio, who spoke in both Spanish and English during his remarks, praised Bolton's appointment because of his posture toward Venezuela and Cuba.
"I want to thank you for John Bolton because I said the day he was hired was a bad day for [Venezuelan President Nicols] Maduro and [Cuban President Ral] Castro, and a great day for the cause of freedom and democracy," Rubio said to Trump.
Trump talked about his Miami Doral Golf Course, where he has befriended "many Venezuelans."
"Most are great, great people. And we are working very hard on the Venezuelan horror show that is happening."

The president also talked about his desire to name the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act the "Cut Cut Cut Act," claiming his advisers and GOP leaders "thought it was a little tacky."
