POTUS took questions for about 10 min, talking about Tom Price, Puerto Rico, Cuba and more.

He will make decision on Fed chairman in next 3 weeks. Decision on Homeland Security secretary in next month.

Will announce decision on Price tonight.

"He's a very fine man. I certainly don't like the optics. I'm not happy, I can tell you that. I'm not happy."

POTUS shook hands in crowd then boarded Marine One at 3:31 pm en route to Andrews and eventually Bedminster, New Jersey.

Marine One lifted off at 3:35 p.m.
