The White House issued a statement essentially verifying the presidents tweet about his day but saying little more:
Today, the President continued working from Bedminster, NJ during the extensive ongoing renovations at the White House. President Trump met with his staff, spoke with members of his Cabinet and spoke by phone with President Emmanuel Macron of France. The two Presidents discussed a broad range of trade and security issues, including the situation in Iran and the broader Middle East. They reaffirmed their commitment to coordinate closely to address global challenges. Tonight, the President and First Lady are hosting Tim Cook of Apple for dinner.
