Motorcade started rolling at 11:25. Destination unconfirmed, but a Virginia state police car is part of the motorcade and POTUS was seen entering his vehicle wearing a white golf shirt and cap.
Prior to the movement as pool was gathering near the Palm Room doors, the sound of someone playing Scotland the Brave on bagpipes was within earshot. The music didnt seem to be coming from the White House property itself, but befitted a cloudy Saturday.
